Driving Directions

Parking in the Baker Park Area can become limited quickly due to the performance crowds.

We recommend taking advantage of several Downtown Frederick Parking Decks located within a short walk from the park. Parking is $1.00 per hour Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Driving Suggestions

Driving From Washington, D.C. Area and South

1. From Route 495 (Washington Beltway) take Route 270 North toward Frederick
2. Follow Route 270 to Frederick, where the road becomes Route 15 North
3. Take Exit 14 at Rosemont Avenue
4. Cross Rosemont Avenue at end of exit ramp (at traffic light). You will be on Second Street (passing in front of Schifferstadt Architectural Museum).
5. Continue on Second Street, through 4-way stop
6. Baker Park will be on your right

Driving From Baltimore Area

1. Take Route 70 West to Frederick
2. Take Exit 14 at Rosemont Avenue
3. Cross Rosemont Avenue at end of exit ramp (at traffic light). You will be on Second Street (passing in front of Schifferstadt Architectural Museum).
4. Continue on Second Street, through 4-way stop
5. Baker Park will be on your right.

Driving From Points North

1. Take Route 15 South to Frederick
2. Take Exit 14 Rosemont Avenue
3. Turn Right onto Rosemont Avenue
4. Take first right onto Second Street (passing in front of Schifferstadt Architectural Museum).
5. Continue on Second Street, through 4-way stop. Baker Park will be on your right.
